Responsibilities

Drive full-lifecycle recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition across critical non-technical and technical roles in London and the EMEA region.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser to influence hiring strategies, leveling, and location decisions.
Use data, market intelligence, and talent insights to diagnose hiring bottlenecks, reduce process inefficiencies, and ensure representative pipelines.
Provide an exceptional, fair, and positive candidate experience, modeling DeepMind’s values internally and externally.
Cultivate networks of high-potential passive talent to meet future business demands.
