  • Use data, market intelligence, and talent insights to diagnose hiring bottlenecks, reduce process inefficiencies, and ensure representative pipelines.
  • Provide an exceptional, fair, and positive candidate experience, modeling DeepMind’s values internally and externally.
  • Cultivate networks of high-potential passive talent to meet future business demands.

Job description

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role.

Minimum qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience in stakeholder and project management.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical domains across the EMEA region.
  • Experience utilising talent analytics, market intelligence, and data insights to identify pipeline bottlenecks, streamline recruiting workflows, and build representative applicant pools.
  • Ability to cultivate stakeholder partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to influence hiring strategies, leveling, and location decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate a fair and high-touch applicant experience while upholding organizational values internally and externally.
