Job summary

Google DeepMind is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in London to drive end-to-end recruitment for a range of GDM technical teams in EMEA. You will collaborate with recruiters to deliver a candidate-centric experience, solving problems in real-time and leveraging technology to improve processes at scale.

You will partner with stakeholders, advocate fair and high-touch applicant experiences, and contribute to strategic hiring decisions across a fast-paced AI research and engineering

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition in-house.
• Experience hiring for research scientists, research engineers and software engineers.
• Experience utilizing sourcing strategies and working with applicants.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a full-life cycle recruiter for Google DeepMind technical teams in EMEA.
• Identify staffing gaps and develop solutions to engage with hiring processes.
• Communicate effectively between TA and business stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
• Represent DeepMind at external events to strengthen relationships and branding; tailor TA strategies to the EMEA market.
• Utilize AI in daily activities to support recruitment product innovation.
