Job summary

Hitachi Europe Ltd. seeks a Strategy Lead to define and deliver the EMEA strategic direction and multi-year transformation agenda. You will collaborate with Hitachi Business Units, R&D and regional leaders to align global best practices and shape growth opportunities across the region.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, including defining portfolios, engaging stakeholders and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/Strategy or MBA required.
• Proven track record leading strategic engagements and transformation programs.
• Experience in Mobility/Transportation, Energy or Digital sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the EMEA strategy and the change programme for Hitachi’s regional leadership.
• Lead cross-BU collaboration and One Hitachi initiatives across the region.
• Prepare executive materials, shape growth portfolios and monitor transformation milestones.
• Engage stakeholders to drive rapid decision-making using data and analytics.
