Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Europe is seeking a senior Delivery Team professional to oversee strategic engagement on projects, manage risk, and ensure governance quality across multiple programmes. The role requires deep experience in large-scale transformations, leadership of diverse teams, and strong collaboration with Hitachi and client leadership to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering and leading large-scale business applications and digital transformation programmes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in both public and private sectors.
• Proven ability to engage senior management and HR around project governance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic engagement on projects with client executive stakeholders.
• Identify strategic risks and oversee their mitigation.
• Ensure quality of all work orders and change requests and suggest enhancements.
• Approve project deliverables, forecasts, and timesheets, challenging content when needed.
• Represent the Delivery Team in strategic meetings covering governance and risk.
• Articulate reports to client executives and communicate key messages and implications.
