Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Leader Corporate Strategy to shape corporate strategy and drive growth. You will define strategy, design processes, and steer the integrated growth portfolio while prioritizing opportunities based on strategic attractiveness and execution readiness.

The role supports enterprise growth governance, prepares executive materials, and collaborates with senior leadership and Hitachi Group to align across regions and functions. A flexible European location is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, economics, engineering, or finance.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
• Experience in strategy, sales & marketing, management consulting, or corporate development in an international environment.
• Strong analytics and financial modeling skills.
• Experience preparing executive materials and facilitating senior meetings.
• Ability to collaborate across units, regions, and functions with a One Hitachi Energy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate market, customer, technology, and financial insights into strategic priorities that drive long-term growth.
