Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-million pound implementations
• Proven ability to engage senior management and HR as needed
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic engagement on projects of any scale with client executive stakeholders.
• Identify strategic risks to projects and oversee their mitigation.
• Oversee and ensure quality of all work orders and change requests; suggest enhancements where needed.
• Approve project deliverables including forecasts, timesheets, PSRs; challenge content for accuracy.
• Represent Delivery Team in strategic prospect meetings covering governance and risk.
• Articulate report content to client executives and communicate key messages.
• Assess and validate complex project plans based on Hitachi’s Consensus methodology.
• Advise senior client staff on best practice governance and risk mitigation.
• Lead resolution of conflict situations; coordinate with Hitachi Executive team as needed.
• Own internal Hitachi processes (Work Order approval, Change Request approval) when requested.
