We strive to have polished end user experiences offering the best of Google. The Category and Strategy Manager will drive growth across the EMEA region, leading a category and be accountable for driving the commercial success across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in commercial strategy or business operations within technology, retail, or e‑commerce, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to leadership.
• Experience managing e-commerce levers (traffic, conversion, average order value) and working with digital retail profit and loss (P&L) structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growth category with full ownership of its commercial outcome.
• Drive day-to-day commercial performance and site monetization strategies across EMEA to achieve product volume goals, utilizing data to optimize on-site customer journeys.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to drive improvements in the end-to-end customer experience for your category, partnering with Customer Care, Operations and Logistics.
• Develop and manage new, innovative growth projects to scale the business in the region; Own the creation and delivery of reviews for leadership, skillfully synthesizing complex inputs from across the business into a compelling narrative.
• Lead critical campaign and business planning efforts to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated plan is delivered across all functions to exceed business goals.
