Job summary

Google is seeking a Managing Director, Partnerships for Google Play in the EMEA region. You will lead and scale partnerships across apps and games, working with cross-functional teams in product, sales and engineering to accelerate growth and monetization.

You will oversee regional strategies, collaborate with leaders across Google, and drive ecosystem initiatives while ensuring policy alignment and risk management. London-based role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 15 years of people management experience leading regional/global distributed teams.
• Experience in mobile app ecosystems, digital platforms, or related areas.
• Experience working in a global product, sales, and engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a multi-year ecosystem strategy in the region to accelerate app/game developer success.
• Build on Google Play’s global strategy and lead teams across multiple offices.
• Be a strategic partner to the Google EMEA leadership team to drive cross-Google initiatives.
• Drive initiatives for Google Play in EMEA by influencing stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• Ensure policy guidelines are consistent and enforcement is clear; anticipate local changes.
