Job summary

Sanity is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to own the full pre-sales journey for enterprise deals. You will architect demos, lead conversations from C-level to engineering, and educate customers on the platform's capabilities and strategic benefits at scale.

You'll guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proofs of concepts, while building showcase implementations and enablement programs. Mentoring the SE team and shaping the roadmap are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise solution selling, including Fortune 500 accounts and cross-functional decision-makers up to C-level.
• Strong coding chops — JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, Git.
• Exceptional communication: translate complex architecture to execs and business needs to engineers.
• Proven discovery skills: lead rooms, uncover pain, map to a path forward.
• Familiarity with CMS and content operations; curious about AI's role.
• Solution-oriented, autonomous, able to lead without a finished playbook.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
• Own the technical narrative in any room — from C-suite to deep-dive engineering sessions.
• Educate customers on Sanity's platform capabilities, philosophy, and value at scale.
• Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proofs of concept.
• Build and maintain showcase implementations and enablement programs for the team.
• Share engineering expertise across verticals and troubleshoot when needed.
• Represent customer requirements to product and influence the roadmap.
• Mentor the broader SE team and raise the bar for technical excellence.
