Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-performance B2B SaaS sales teams.
• Proven quota over-achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to meet revenue targets.
• Coach and develop sales staff using the Record360 sales methodology.
• Design and implement sales processes and optimize CRM usage.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments on revenue growth strategies.
• Navigate complex contracts and pricing considerations.
