Record360 by Point Of Rental Software is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers dedicated to new business and revenue expansion, driving strategic sales plans and targets across multiple industries.

The role requires a strong background in SaaS sales, leadership, and mentoring, with a focus on achieving growth and improving performance through effective coaching and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success leading high-performance sales teams selling B2B SaaS solutions.
• History of consistent quota over-achievement.
• Experience navigating and controlling sales cycles using a consultative selling methodology.
• Strong sales, marketing, management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work within a culture of continuous feedback and accountability to drive results.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to present strategies to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and retain top sales talent and regional expansion across EMEA.
• Lead, motivate, and manage Account Executives and Account Managers to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor pipeline and provide guidance to close opportunities and reduce churn.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive revenue growth and customer journeys.
• Report on performance metrics and forecast results to senior leadership.
