Culture Amp is seeking a Workplace Experience Partner for EMEA to own the day-to-day running of our London and Berlin offices, design events, and ensure Campers feel welcomed and connected.

This hands-on, people-first role blends operational rigor with creative energy, partnering with local leaders to resolve issues, manage tickets, and ensure a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace across the region.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the offices within the region, being present in the London office 5 days a week.
• Own EMEA office operations — London and Berlin offices, ensuring a compliant, safe, and appealing workplace, including overseeing office works, repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships, and staying current with local health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Design and deliver a regular cadence of impactful in-person and remote-friendly events and coordinated moments that foster Camper connection and belonging across the EMEA region.
• Be the on-the-ground partner for EMEA — engage with local leaders and Campers, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for office plans, initiatives, and the regional experience.
• Support Campers day-to-day — serve as the first point of contact for Camper inquiries and manage request tickets within the dedicated SLAs.
• Manage the regional budget — own spend against the allocated EMEA budget, including timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses.
