Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams across the EMEA region, engaging passive candidates and building strong pipelines.

You will partner with leadership to shape role design, use data to benchmark and optimize recruiting strategies, and report to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition. This is a 12-month fixed-term position aimed at scaling hiring for a high-growth software/Data/AI company, with

Experience recruiting for Go To Market professionals, from entry to director level in software industry.
Experience building partnerships cross-functionally and influencing leaders with data.
Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets and navigating local nuances.
Experience scaling a high-growth software/Data/AI company.

Responsibilities

Create and run full-cycle recruitment for Field Engineering across EMEA.
Develop engagement pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
Provide intake sessions and calibrations with Field Engineering leadership.
Use market data to close roles and forecast hiring needs.
Improve interview experiences and contribute to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
