Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment in the EMEA region for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and use data to benchmark and target recruiting strategies.

You will report to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition. This is a fixed-term 12-month position with potential extension. The role emphasizes partnering with leadership, calibrating roles, and ensuring an excellent interview

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market professionals across Entry level to Director levels.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data and market insights.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets and navigating local nuances.
• Experience in scaling a high-growth SaaS/Software/Data/AI company.
• Mentoring and sharing recruiting knowledge within the business.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to meet hiring needs within Field Engineering and develop full-cycle hiring strategies.
• Build engaged talent pipelines for Field Engineering roles across EMEA with active and passive candidates.
• Act as trusted advisor to Field Engineering leaders across EMEA—calibration sessions and role design discussions.
• Create closing approaches to manage partner expectations through market data.
• Lead workforce planning decisions using data and forecasting.
• Contribute to a positive interview experience and drive Diversity and Inclusion in hiring.
