Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead the marketing team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will shape brand strategy, budget, and the innovation pipeline to achieve annual financial targets for our grower-owned cooperative.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and regional partners to drive omnichannel campaigns, plan annual activities, and deliver sustainable growth for Ocean Spray’s international business.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary international marketing management experience required.
• Thought leader able to develop others and mentor teams.
• Strong communicator and collaborator who inspires others.
• Commercially astute with P&L awareness and growth focus.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute plans and drive results.
• Excellent storytelling to influence stakeholders and partners.
• Be the brand ambassador for EMEA internally and externally.
• 7+ years FMCG marketing experience with international multi-market leadership.
• Omnichannel marketing experience connecting brand communications to in-store execution.
• Experience launching into new categories or new geographic markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Develop brand and business-building strategy to hit annual targets.
• Define marketing calendar, budgets and innovation pipeline.
• Oversee consumer communications, trade marketing and activation.
• Drive insight-based planning and data reporting to inform decisions.
• Manage innovation development and commercialization from concept to in-market launch.
• Collaborate with regional BDMs and international teams to grow Ocean Spray’s international business.
