Job summary

Plaud Inc. is seeking a senior marketing leader to own the EMEA region, driving strategy, pipeline, and brand growth across performance marketing, PR, content, influencer, field marketing and IMC.

You will lead a ~20-strong team, partner with Global Brand, GTM, PMM, IMC and Regional Sales to optimize budgets, test new channels, and accelerate regional expansion. Join a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of progressive marketing experience including leadership.
• Experience leading multi-functional marketing teams of 15+ people.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity with marketing metrics, attribution, and experimentation.
• Experience integrating PR, content, influencer, field marketing, and brand campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA marketing strategy and regional sales targets, driving measurable business growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing organization of ~20 team members across Performance Marketing, PR, Content, Influencer, Field Marketing, and IMC.
• Drive sales growth through data-driven budget planning, performance marketing, and ROI optimization.
• Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns while continuously testing new channels, messaging, and marketing experiments.
• Partner closely with Global Brand, GTM, PMM, IMC, and Regional Sales team to align priorities, optimize marketing investment, and deliver business results.
