Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA to lead the regional marketing team across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will shape brand-building strategy, oversee budgeting, calendar planning, and the innovation pipeline while collaborating with regional and international teams to deliver growth.

The role requires 7+ years in FMCG marketing with multi-market leadership, strong P&L understanding, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years FMCG marketing experience.
• International multi-market leadership experience.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing and brand-building across multiple markets.
• Fluent English and French language skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Marketing Team across Europe, Middle East & Africa, rebuilding and restructuring the team across brand, shopper/trade, and innovation.
• Define marketing calendar, manage budgets, and oversee the innovation pipeline and go-to-market programs.
• Drive integrated brand communications across owned, earned, and paid channels and ensure delivery of annual financial targets.
• Provide insight-driven strategic thinking, performance reporting, and collaboration with regional and international teams.
