Job summary

Ocean Spray in the United Kingdom is seeking a Brand Manager for the EMEA region to shape marketing plans, strengthen brand equity, and drive consumer engagement across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.

You will translate insights into campaigns, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and analyze performance to optimize impact across markets.

Experience in consumer-packaged goods and social/content strategy is preferred; French language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, community, experiential, PR, shopper marketing, and retail activations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver impactful and effective marketing programs.
• Manage brand budgets and marketing investments to maximize return on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, social listening, category trends, and competitive analysis.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and execution across all EMEA markets.
• Support innovation, product launches, and strategic business initiatives through consumer-centric marketing plans.
