Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries in the United Kingdom seeks a Brand Manager, EMEA to develop and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. You will lead cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, shopper marketing, PR, and retail activations to grow the business.

With a strategic mindset, you will partner with agencies and internal teams, manage budgets, and analyze performance to optimize ROI. French language capability is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in consumer brands.
• Experience across digital, social, PR, shopper marketing, and retail activations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate consumer insights into strategies.
• Experience with social listening, digital analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, community, experiential, PR, shopper marketing and retail activations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver marketing programs.
• Manage brand budgets and marketing investments to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to optimize effectiveness.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights and market analysis.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all EMEA markets.
• Support product launches with consumer-centric marketing plans.
