Job summary

ServiceNow, the AI-driven platform for business reinvention, seeks an experienced sales leader to drive new SaaS license revenue across the EMEA region. You will plan accounts, map territories, research prospects, and execute field-based activities within a defined set of targets.

You will build relationships with CFOs, CIOs, COOs and other senior decision-makers, orchestrate a virtual, cross-functional team, and advise on IT roadmaps to unlock strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
• Experience achieving sales targets
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and lead a virtual cross-functional group
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding the customer business and IT roadmap
• Identify and mobilize the right specialist resources to close deals
