Panopto seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the EMEA engineering domain, shaping technical strategy and organizational growth for video creation, processing, and viewing systems. You will mentor senior engineers and align roadmaps with business goals to deliver scalable, high-performance platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 8+ years in engineering with 4+ years in people management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java and distributed systems expertise.
Experience applying AI-first practices and Claude Code in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and design an engineering organization of senior roles; scale team structures.
Define and execute technical roadmaps for reliable, low-latency systems.
Embed AI tools and automation into the lifecycle to accelerate delivery.
Coordinate with executives and cross-functional partners to balance technical trade-offs.
