Job summary

Sanity.io is seeking a regional leader to own EMEA Solution Engineering. You will hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, guiding discovery, demos, POVs, and architecture reviews across the region.

As a hands-on player-coach, you’ll translate technical capabilities into business value, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to win in complex, technical deals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a Solutions Engineering / Presales team in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to translate technical capability into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solution Engineers across EMEA — hire, ramp, and conduct regular 1:1s and deal reviews.
• Be hands-on in high-impact opportunities from discovery to close.
• Reinforce presales motions with consistency across the team and connect value drivers to real outcomes.
• Coach SEs to translate technical capability into business value for developers, architects, and product leaders.
• Drive use of AI tools to accelerate prep, demos, and documentation without sacrificing quality.
• Own regional forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement.
