Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in SDR/inside sales at scale.
• Proven track record building predictable pipeline and performance cadence.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled process improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SDR function with clarity, pace, and purpose.
• Set the SDR strategy and performance framework for predictable outcomes.
• Embed AI and automation into SDR workflows to improve targeting and outreach.
• Develop an exceptional SDR leadership bench and lift team standards.
• Create operational discipline with CRM hygiene and performance visibility.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on lead quality and feedback loops.
• Turn insights into action using dashboards to diagnose blockers and scale.
• Champion smart tooling and modern ways of working with Salesforce, PowerBI, Workboard, and Miro.
