Job summary

Xapien is hiring an SDR Manager to lead, develop, and scale our Sales Development function across London and Boston. You will own the outbound prospecting engine, coaching a transatlantic team to generate high‑quality opportunities for Account Executives in UK/EMEA and North America.

You will design repeatable processes, set targets, and drive performance while maintaining a cohesive culture across two offices and time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing an SDR/BDR team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong coaching and development track record.
• Experience managing distributed teams across locations/time zones (UK & US advantageous).
• Passion for coaching and developing people to progress into closing roles.
• Data-driven approach with metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate SDRs across London and Boston, setting clear expectations and cultivating a high-performance culture.
• Own pipeline targets and ensure consistency in meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline value.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews to develop SDR careers.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new SDRs, collaborating with People & Talent in both the UK and US.
• Build outbound playbooks, cadences, messaging, and qualification frameworks for target verticals.
