Pax8 is seeking an AI Innovation Manager to drive AI and automation opportunities across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Latvia, Germany and Sweden. Joining the Rapid Innovation Team, you will shape discovery, alignment and delivery of new AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to uncover needs and shape opportunities.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops to address broad challenges.
• Strong discovery skills to identify underlying problems beyond explicit requests.
• Ability to translate business needs for technical audiences and vice versa.
• Experience applying design thinking or product management approaches.
• Ability to manage backlogs and roadmaps with thoughtful prioritisation.
• Data-informed decision making and practical success metrics.
• Experience improving processes via automation or digital transformation.
• Understanding of digital business models and scalable experiences.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of AI/automation opportunities across Pax8 Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Lead workshops helping colleagues identify challenges and prioritise ideas.
• Turn ideas into a clear, prioritised portfolio based on impact and readiness.
• Establish leading and lagging indicators to track outcomes.
• Partner with AI engineers, product specialists and business leaders to address the right problems.
• Champion adoption after launch and embed new tools into day-to-day work.
• Mentor team members on stakeholder management and effective solutioning.
• Develop scalable intake, impact measurement, and transformation reporting methods.
• Provide clear updates and business reviews to senior leaders.
• Support an outcome-led culture balancing technical possibility with business need.
• Facilitate in-person workshops across Europe, with travel ~20%.
