Pax8 UK Limited is hiring a Senior Automation and AI Engineer to lead hands-on automation work across the UK and Europe in a hybrid/remote setup. You’ll set technical patterns, mentor the team and ensure scalable, secure AI-driven solutions for our global business.

The role blends engineering delivery with architecture and assurance, with significant ownership and visibility to drive a lasting technical legacy within Pax8.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience building production automation and AI solutions.
• Ability to lead as a technical owner across projects.
• Experience with automation platforms and agent-building tools.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Comfort working in a growing, hybrid environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build automation/AI solutions addressing business challenges.
• Define patterns, architecture principles and quality standards.
• Create automated cybersecurity and feasibility checks.
• Review AI solutions before production deployment.
• Mentor colleagues and improve capability across the team.
• Collaborate with technology functions and business leaders.
