Job summary

Telesat is seeking a Client Services Executive (EMEA) to manage and grow relationships with senior Europe, Middle East and Africa clients. You will coordinate service delivery, address client needs and support account growth across multiple high-value engagements.

You will own end-to-end delivery, work with Operations, Engineering, Billing and Sales, prepare monthly reports and QBRs, and look for opportunities to upsell additional services while maintaining contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field
• 7–10 years in post-sales enterprise client services management or similar
• Experience in Telecom and/or satellite sectors preferred
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or customer success asset
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Serve as post-sales point of contact for EMEA client accounts; build relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Proactively manage engagement to drive retention, renewals and account health
• Coordinate service delivery with Operations, Engineering, Billing and Sales
• Support onboarding, pilots and ongoing service delivery for seamless client experience
• Address inquiries, escalations and coordinate cross-team resolutions
• Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) highlighting KPIs and risks
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services with the AE
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, processes and internal policies
