Qualifications

• Experience in the satellite or broadcast industry.
• Knowledge of IP, RF or microwave tech is advantageous.
• Experience in a technical product support or pre-sales role.
• Ability to present technical info to customers with varied knowledge levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident networker.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers and account teams.
• Act as a technical point of contact for sales and engineering.
• Coordinate input from sales, projects and engineering for key accounts.
• Join customer visits to build direct relationships with buyers.
• Identify support needs with the Engineering Manager and assist delivery.
• Develop product knowledge and supplier relationships; share market insights.
• Deliver internal training and keep Sales Director updated on market trends.
