Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an accomplished executive to lead Alpha Client Operations and Service Delivery across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own regional service delivery, governance, and client experience, partnering with Product, Technology, Data Operations and Relationship Management to drive scalable, resilient service across multi-jurisdictional settings.

Responsibilities include setting regional strategy, leading executive escalation, and mentoring leaders;

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in investment operations, client servicing, asset servicing, middle office, fund services, or related client-facing operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large client operations and service delivery organizations for institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of institutional investment operations and Alpha service capabilities.
• Track record of managing complex strategic client relationships and executive governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Be the Regional Alpha Client Operations and Service Delivery Lead across EMEA.
• Establish and lead a high-performing, client-focused culture.
• Develop and execute a regional service strategy leveraging scale, technology, and operating centers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and regional service governance.
• Coordinate with global Alpha leadership and regional functional leaders.
• Support strategic growth, transformation, and operating model evolution.
• Develop leadership talent and strengthen organizational depth across the region.
