Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new product and services revenue across Europe within the RMIS suite.

This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Product, Client Services and Sales Engineering to understand client needs and craft compelling solutions. You will own end-to-end sales, generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and cold calls, and deliver demonstrations to C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software sales, preferably RMIS or risk management domains.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and senior decision makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales and revenue attainment for RMIS solutions in Europe.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, social media, events, and cold calls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives in RMIS, Insurable Risk Management, Captive Management, Health & Safety.
• Execute targeted sales plans within enterprise accounts, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
