Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a Revenue Operations Director to lead the EMEA revenue operations, aligning with the Global Revenue Operations team. The role centers on building scalable processes, forecasting, and strategic analysis to grow revenue in the EMEA region.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with regional directors, leveraging Salesforce, Looker/Tableau, and SQL to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations leadership (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Translate strategic concepts into operational implications.
• Experience presenting data to management.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Comfort with Salesforce, Sheets, BI tools, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA Revenue Operations team with structure, coaching, and hiring.
• Partner with GM and regional directors to support GTM initiatives and drive data-informed decisions.
• Evaluate performance: ROI, quota attainment, forecasting, pipeline metrics.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and reports.
• Develop forecasting models for revenue visibility.
• Drive strategies to maximise regional revenue growth.
• Oversee territory planning and market research for growth opportunities.
• Foster continuous process improvement and enablement tech investments.
