the company is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Director to lead our EMEA revenue operations team.

You will work closely with our EMEA leadership team and the global Revenue Operations team, driving growth and efficiency within the EMEA region. This is a pivotal role for our revenue department, with significant responsibility and a substantial impact on the business.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in Revenue Operations who can drive our next phase of growth.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office.

About the Role:
  • Lead and scale the EMEA Revenue Operations team by building structure and processes, coaching existing talent, and hiring to support future regional growth.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and regional directors of EMEA to support various GTM initiatives, identifying trends and business opportunities, and driving data-informed decisions to help the teams achieve their strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales efforts with an emphasis on ROI, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline and actionable metrics.
  • Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports.
  • Create and implement sales forecasting models that offer clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • Develop strategies and plans that will help maximise the region’s overall revenue growth.
  • Oversee territory planning and market research, ensuring alignment with market opportunities for growth, target audience and sales strategies.
  • Foster an environment of continuous process improvement and prioritise investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organisation productivity.
  • Provide support for day-to-day operations and serve as a trusted business partner to the business leadership.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations leadership roles, strategy/consulting or similar (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Practical business sense and the ability to translate from strategic concepts to operational implications.
  • Strong analytical expertise and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch.
  • Experienced and comfortable working with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL - an advantage).
  • Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex information and trends into actionable insights, with the ability to create clarity and focus on the key aspects that will fuel growth.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and optimise processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Curious, proactive, ambitious, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are key to success in this role.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
What the company can offer you:
  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate — not just things we put on a wall
  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide
  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success
  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons — the industry moves quick and so do we
  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Paris, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
