Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a Revenue Enablement professional to lead onboarding and training programmes across the EMEA region for our global SaaS client. The role focuses on developing tailored learning solutions, accelerating new hire ramp-up, and owning revenue enablement content.

The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success leaders, identify knowledge gaps, and drive continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Training within SaaS.
• Knowledge of onboarding and instructional design principles.
• Ability to deliver trainings virtually and in person.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and training programmes for Sales and Customer Success teams across EMEA.
• Develop tailored learning programmes to support new hires and accelerate performance.
• Own and evolve revenue enablement content, resources and training materials.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success leaders.
• Identify knowledge gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives.
