Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting for an EMEA Replenishment Specialist (Order Management Administrator) to join a multinational manufacturer. The role is on-site in Shildon, UK on a 14-month contract, paying £16.00 per hour (PAYE based on experience).

Responsibilities include handling quotes, orders, stock checks, production coordination, export paperwork, and OTIF reporting. DBS checks may apply; entitlement to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, customer service, order processing or sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formulas, sorting and filtering.
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes and delivery lead times for customers.
• Receive orders, verify details, stock and export paperwork.
• Coordinate with production to confirm delivery times when stock is low.
• Create orders in the system, confirm receipt and review open orders weekly.
• Handle returns, issue credit notes and complete OTIF reports.
