Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IATA/IMDG regulations and appropriate qualification.
• Experience in working in a high-pressure environment.
• Minimum 2 A-levels or equivalent (Science subject and English) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipment documentation for worldwide destinations.
• Filing and general shipping administration.
• Meet despatch deadlines and resolve customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Handle TPM processes and due diligence of customers.
