Zusammenfassung

MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a Manufacturing Administrator to join a specialist manufacturing environment on a full-time permanent basis in the North East of England. You will provide essential administrative support to the manufacturing team and liaise with internal departments on enquiries and orders.

The role requires good MS Office skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous, and you will support purchasing and quotation processes

Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing administration experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent administrative support to the manufacturing team.
• Liaise with internal departments on enquiries and support matters.
• Process orders on internal system with accuracy and requirements.
• Assist with purchasing support and maintain accurate records.
• Raise and deliver customer quotations and update sales on orders/enquiries.
