Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting for an EMEA Replenishment Specialist to join a multinational manufacturer of coatings and sealants on a 14 month contract. This role is based on site in Shildon, County Durham. £16 per hour, PAYE.

Rates are dependent upon experience. You will respond to quotes and delivery lead times, receive orders, check specifications and stock, work with production to confirm delivery, create orders, and review open orders weekly to update customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, customer service, order processing or sales support.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, sorting and filtering).
• Good organisation and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Desirable: experience with a system such as SAP, or in manufacturing, aerospace or export documentation.
