Job summary

Barracuda Networks Renewals team in Reading, UK is seeking an organised professional to own renewal contracts across the EMEA region. You will manage a pipeline, negotiate pricing, and drive proactive renewal strategies to sustain high renewal rates.

You'll qualify upsell opportunities using MEDDICC, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with customer success and channel partners to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience running customer calls and negotiating pricing with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and meet renewal revenue targets.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM to document activity and forecast renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own a specific EMEA territory with an assigned set of renewals to maintain high renewal close rates.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets by executing a proactive sales plan.
• Qualify renewal and upsell opportunities using MEDDICC and manage sales cycle.
• Use SFDC to document customer and partner activity for forecasting renewals.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to maximise revenue.
• Construct complex pricing proposals by analyzing sales data in CRM and finance systems.
• Manage pipeline 90 days in advance, identify risks, and resolve retention issues.
• Collaborate with customer success, channel and sales teams to improve satisfaction.
