Job summary

Morson Edge in Reading is seeking an EMEA Renewals Sales Support Coordinator to provide operational and customer-facing support to the Renewals Sales team. You will handle renewal execution, CPQ quotes in Salesforce, PO tracking and billing-related activity, with a focus on data accuracy and timely coordination across stakeholders.

The role requires significant Salesforce experience, strong organisational skills, and capability to support regional coverage across EMEA.

Qualifications

Significant hands-on Salesforce experience, including CPQ quote creation and updating opportunities.
Proven ability to maintain accurate renewal data in CRM and support pipeline hygiene.
Experience with purchase orders, bookings and billing processes in a renewals context.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to the renewals sales team and ensure renewal opportunities are progressed accurately.
Assist with ad-hoc regional coverage across regions and customers during peak periods.
Create maintenance renewal quotes using CPQ within Salesforce and prepare proposals.
Support pricing, service terms and renewal documentation with the renewals team.
Maintain renewal information in the CRM and CPQ, ensuring data is up to date.
Document customer activity in Salesforce and support forecast hygiene.
Monitor renewal activity and identify risk points needing cross-functional resolution.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Channel, Sales, Distribution and Partner teams.
