Job summary

Morson Group in Reading is seeking an EMEA Renewals Sales Support Coordinator for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on renewal execution, data accuracy, customer and partner communication, and CPQ-based quote creation in Salesforce.

You will support the renewals lifecycle across EMEA, maintain data quality, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Channel and Partner teams. Hybrid working and standard hours are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the renewals sales team, ensuring renewal opportunities are progressed accurately and on time.
• Support coverage across regions, customers or renewal opportunities on an ad-hoc basis when required, including during periods of absence, peak workload or month-end and quarter-end activity.
• Assist with outbound calls and emails to make customers, partners and distributors aware of upcoming renewals and renewal options 90–120 days in advance.
• Create maintenance renewal contract quotes using CPQ within Salesforce, help prepare proposals and supply related documentation to support the renewal process.
• Support pricing, service-term and documentation activities in partnership with the responsible renewals sales representative, manager or wider sales team.
• Maintain renewal information in Salesforce.com and CPQ, ensuring quote, opportunity, account and renewal data is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Use Salesforce CRM to document customer activity, update pipeline information, support forecast hygiene and track renewal progress.
• Monitor renewal activity, highlight risk points and work cross-functionally to help resolve issues that may impact customer retention, bookings or billing.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Channel, Sales, Distribution and Partner teams to understand existing sales motions, identify customer issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Help identify potential upsell, cross-sell and expansion signals and pass these to the appropriate renewals sales representative or account owner.
• Provide support to the inside sales and wider renewals teams related to maintenance contract renewals, purchase orders, bookings and billing queries
• Be involved with systems development, testing and process improvements related to the renewals team, including best practice deployment and adoption
