Barracuda is seeking a renewal sales professional for the EMEA region, based in Reading, UK. This hybrid role focuses on renewing contracts, driving revenue growth, and coordinating pricing with customers and partners.

You will leverage MEDDICC, manage pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Ideal candidates are highly organized, target-driven, and bilingual in English and Dutch, with experience in Salesforce and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience running customer calls and pricing negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Own a specific EMEA renewals territory and renew contracts to maintain a high renewal close rate.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets with proactive strategic plans.
• Qualify renewal and upsell opportunities using MEDDICC and manage sales cycle.
• Use Salesforce to document customer and partner activity for forecasting renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize revenue.
• Develop pricing proposals by analyzing prior sales data in CRM/financial systems.
• Manage contract pipeline 90 days out and identify risk points to protect retention.
• Collaborate with customer success, channel and sales teams to align on sales motions.
