Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an EMEA Public Sector Deployment Strategist to own onboarding, adoption, outcomes, and relationships across public sector accounts in the region. You will drive usage across TRM products, including Ardence, and define success metrics to enable renewals and expansion with Account Directors.

You will partner with ADs and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value, build trust with investigators, and shape adoption strategies for complex crypto-related cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, deployment, or post-sale roles with accountability for GRR/NRR and adoption outcomes.
• Public sector, law enforcement, cyber, or financial crime domain credibility; ability to earn trust quickly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing product environments; ability to ship v1 without waiting for a perfect playbook.
• Production AI fluency with repeatable workflows and measurable results; ability to explain data logic and human oversight.
• High level of independence; ability to set own agenda and ship early.
• Strong executive presence; able to run & influence senior stakeholders across EMEA.
• Based in the UK or Europe and comfortable working with customers across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate EMEA Public Sector accounts across TRM products with measurable onboarding usage.
• Build AI-driven workflows to generate health summaries and QBR drafts, reducing reporting time.
• Define and track adoption benchmarks; surface at-risk accounts before renewals.
• Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts to deepen TRM product adoption.
• Run executive business reviews with senior stakeholders across public sector agencies and regulators.
• Collaborate with ADs to enable renewals and expansion with clear value evidence.
