Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA to lead a team of Technical Deployment Leads embedded with strategic customers in London. You will own engagement health, shape delivery strategy, and ensure SOW through production deployment with a focus on scalable, safe AI outcomes.

You won't write production code, but you will coach engineers, drive regulatory alignment with Legal and Risk, and represent Anthropic to executive sponsors across the region.

Responsabilités

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in engagements across EMEA.
• Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence.
• Define the delivery strategy for your portfolio across industries and markets.
• Own portfolio health across your team and intervene early when delivery drifts.
• Maintain executive relationships with customer sponsors and steer committees.
• Lead complex engagements yourself when size or risk requires it.
• Ensure SOW quality, MVP scoping, and measurable value.
