Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an EMEA Senior Technical Account Manager to lead technical advisory, architecture, and strategic partnership for enterprise accounts across the EMEA region. You will map client processes to Risk Cloud, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities in a highly consultative role.

You’ll work autonomously on your portfolio, mentor peers, and guide regulatory advisory with deep GRC domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical customer success.
• Experience presenting to C-suite risk executives (CISOs, CROs).
• Direct enterprise SaaS/GRC experience.
• Active use of modern generative AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Based in the UK with ability to travel for team events and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on platform architect and primary technical contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain portfolio health using MSPs and CRM; provide post-meeting recaps and next steps.
• Forecast renewal health and manage churn risk; escalate risks as needed.
• Educate on Risk Cloud AI capabilities and automation to reduce admin work.
• Help European customers navigate GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 with Risk Cloud.
