Job summary

Netflix, Inc. is seeking a senior operations professional to own day-to-day management of programmatic ad campaigns across EMEA markets.

The role requires collaboration with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Ops and vendors to ensure accurate activation and objective delivery. The ideal candidate will monitor campaign health, identify risks, and provide data-driven insights to sales teams while driving workflow improvements and adopting new tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management roles
• Experience supporting EMEA expansion markets
• Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management and trafficking
• Deep proficiency in programmatic advertising and DSPs
• Proficiency with advertising systems and tools (CRM, OMS, ad servers, reporting)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and provide insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse cultural contexts
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and incomplete information

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in assigned EMEA markets, including readiness, launch, monitoring, pacing, and optimisation for PMPs
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Ops and vendors to ensure campaigns are activated accurately and meet objectives
• Monitor delivery metrics and campaign health, identify risks, escalate to Ad Ops Solutions for troubleshooting
• Analyse campaign data at market level and provide actionable insights to local sales teams
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive workflow and process improvements
• Maintain and update operational docs, best practices, and training materials
• Support adoption of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure timely deliverables by monitoring task queues and load balancing with Ad Ops Solutions teams
• Stay informed on industry trends and internal updates to keep operations at the forefront
• Role supports launch and growth of multiple markets; proficient in programmatic advertising and DSPs; manage complexity across markets
