Job summary

Netflix is expanding its Market Planning & Operations in London to build scalable media packaging for the EMEA Ad Sales team. You will combine Netflix IP with data and tech to deliver high-impact offerings for advertisers and agencies across Europe.

The role collaborates with global teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Content to align go-to-market packaging with enterprise client needs. London-based, full-time role requiring strong English and media expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in planning, packaging, operations and pricing strategies for large enterprise sales for CTV or streaming platforms.
• 6+ years of dedicated experience in media, technology or advertising roles at major entertainment or technology companies.
• Strong modelling skills and comfort manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau and other data visualisation tools.
• Experience with ad tech and ad serving tools such as Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
• Experience implementing workflows in CRM and OMS systems to support sales motions

Responsibilities

• Translate the EMEA GTM strategy into scaled media packages and offerings
• Maintain a deep understanding of the EMEA media marketplace and regional differences
• Focus on the last mile of delivery with sales through repeatable frameworks
• Develop always-on media strategies for Private Marketplace deals
• Commercialise brand partnerships and consumer product opportunities with working media capabilities
• Provide ad hoc guidance and ideation to sales teams
• Aggregate internal and marketplace feedback to develop seasonal promotions and packages
• Develop automated solutions using business systems to create operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to drive global partnership deals
