Job summary

Netflix London is seeking a Sales Operations lead to partner with the UK Country Leader on GTM strategy, oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and quarterly reviews across the UK market.

You will manage sales data in CRM, surface insights from large datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare materials for senior leadership to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in digital advertising or sales operations across large enterprise client teams (7+ years).
• Experience building relationships with senior sales stakeholders at country/regional level.
• Familiarity with UK digital advertising landscape and agency/client-direct models preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the UK Country Leader on GTM sales strategy and resourcing.
• Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning and monthly reviews.
• Analyze sales performance using large datasets to surface insights across revenue and products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver Ads-wide projects and support leadership with data-driven decisions.
