NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Professional Services to own strategy, execution and financial outcomes for a $100M+ services portfolio.

You will lead an organization of 150+ professionals across the region and partner with sales, solutions, and delivery teams to shape an outcome-led model. Qualifications

• 15+ years leading Professional Services/Consulting within enterprise technology.
• Proven ownership and growth of a services P&L including bookings, revenue, margin, cost management.
• Experience building/scaling fee-based consulting and advisory offerings with executive-level influence.
• Strong partnership model with field sales to build pipeline and drive outcomes.
• Experience leading consulting/transformation engagements and driving adoption/value realization.
• Proven consultative selling to develop proposals/SOWs and articulate ROI with Sales.
• Experience leading large, distributed organizations in a global environment.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and customer leadership skills.
• Solid operational discipline: forecasting, governance, delivery quality, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA Professional Services business, including strategy, execution, and operating cadence for profitable growth across bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Scale fee-based consulting and advisory services that engage before product decisions, shaping customer vision and driving outcomes.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering to build services pipeline and increase attach through outcome-led services.
• Develop and evolve the services portfolio to reduce reliance on free/presales work and low-value attached services.
• Lead a distributed organization of leaders, consultants, and delivery teams; coach talent and foster high-performance culture.
• Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery through standardized methods, governance, and risk management.
