Job summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced senior business development leader to own and expand the Migration & Modernization pipeline across EMEA/LATAM. You will shape go-to-market strategies, engage executive customers, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and multi-cloud transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to create repeatable programs, target key accounts, and present compelling business cases to CIOs and CFOs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Development/Strategic Sales or related fields.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and influence revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, data infrastructure, virtualization, cloud migration, and modernization strategies.
• Ability to present business cases to CIOs and CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Pipeline Growth: Own migration & modernization pipeline strategy across EMEA/LATAM; identify target accounts; collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Partners to generate opportunities.
• Accelerate Business Growth: Expand opportunities within existing customers; drive new business via migration events and transformation programs.
• Develop Go-to-Market Plays: Create value propositions for hybrid cloud, data center modernization, workload mobility, and consumption-based models.
• Enable the Field: Equip executives, systems engineers, and partners with tools and messaging to identify opportunities.
• Partner & Ecosystem Engagement: Build programs with hyperscalers, SI/MSPs, cloud providers and other partners; drive partner-sourced pipeline.
